Meet Stephanie Olsen
I graduated cum laude from BYU law school in 2000. I worked briefly as an attorney, before making the decision to stay home and raise my 5 children. In 2018, I started work as a contract investigator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. As a parent of 5 children, 3 of whom are currently attending elementary, middle, and high school in LUSD schools, I am aware of the strengths and weaknesses of our district at all levels and am invested in the success of LUSD and the education of all our children. In addition to my work as an EEO discrimination investigator, I spend my time serving our community. I led Questa School Foundation as President for 3 years, coached baseball, flag football, and soccer at various times, and held a seat on the Mountain House Little League board from 2009-2013. I currently hold seats on the Mountain House Flag Football Board, Citizens Bond Oversight Committee (as Chairperson), MHHS Athletic Booster Club President, and SOMOHO, where we founded the Jingle All the Way 5K fundraiser for our schools and created Little Libraries. I have met thousands of community members through my service and value the commitment to well-rounded education in our community. If elected, I will continue to devote my energy to the needs and goals of our growing district and lead in a manner that includes and represents all stakeholders.
I look forward to the opportunity to lead and serve as an LUSD Trustee.
On Tuesday, November 3, 2020 vote for Stephanie Olsen for Lammersville Jt. Unified School Board!
